Join us in building the future of legal services! 👩‍⚖️

Tired of doing things "the way they've always been done"? Ready to combine legal expertise with AI, business strategy, and pace? 💥

We are now looking for a business-oriented and proactive lawyer who wants to take the next step in an environment where top-tier legal competence is combined with advanced AI technology and a clear business focus.

💼 About the role

Our client is a fast-growing, technology-driven player challenging the traditional legal market. With an AI-based working model and a data-driven approach, legal processes are streamlined – without compromising on quality, precision, or judgment. Here, law is not a support function. It is a strategic tool.

The company is in an expansion phase and is currently building structures, offerings, and future positioning. The right person will play a central role in this development.

🎯 Your responsibilities

You will handle your own cases from start to finish with full client responsibility and work closely with decision-makers. Depending on your specialization, the role includes, for example:

⚖️ Civil Procedure Law
  • Handling of debt claims and complex disputes
  • Drafting of summonses and procedural submissions
  • Negotiations
  • Strategic advice on dispute resolution and settlement
📈 Corporate Law
  • Project management of new share issues
  • Incentive programs
  • Mergers and restructuring
  • Shareholder agreements
  • Transaction-related advisory

At the same time, you will contribute to the development of a modern, AI-supported delivery model where legal services are produced more efficiently, scalably, and with a closer business connection.

✅ Requirements

We are looking for you who combine legal integrity with business understanding. We also believe your skills backpack includes:

  • A recognized law degree
  • Some years of relevant experience in civil procedure and/or corporate law
  • Background from a law firm, corporate legal department, or qualified consultancy
  • Fluency in Swedish and English
✨ Bonus if you have experience from:
  • Debt collection or dispute-focused operations
  • Transaction-intensive environments
  • Work close to management and boards
  • Start-up, scale-up, or tech-heavy environment
🔎 Your profile

You are confident in your legal expertise and have the ability to translate it into business value.

  • Strategic and analytical
  • Independent with strong delivery skills
  • Professional and trustworthy in client dialogue
  • Structured and solution-oriented
  • Interested in technology and AI as tools for qualitative development 🤖

You thrive in an environment with high pace, high ambitions, and clear direction.

🌱 What our client offers:
  • An opportunity to help shape a new generation of legal services
  • Real influence over methodology, structure, and offerings
  • Entrepreneurial culture with high professionalism
  • For the right person: incentive programs and opportunity for co-ownership
🤝 Practical details:

Location: Gothenburg with the possibility of remote work

Scope: Full-time 100% permanent position

We are working continuously with selection and interviews and aim to fill the position during the summer of 2026 or as agreed. #boost
